good point, sometimes I feel like I'd like to be a cop, to be the good cop, because you see a bunch of cops treating the illegal immigrants like aliens (haha pun... no but seriously, I live in southern california), they hardly get any rights.

Like the other day this lady rear-ended an illegal hispanic, and there were like 10 witnesses to it, but once the lady realized the other lady was illegal and had "forgotten her license at home", she immediately twisted the story around so that the hispanic lady had backed-up into her.

and the hispanic lady is afraid to press charges against the lady and the rude cop that showed up and paid absolutely no attention to anything the hispanic lady said, she's afraid because she might get sent back to Mexico.

anyway... long story short... they can be really *beep*.

but sometimes they're good people and they're just doing their job.

lol i hate pigs (police) as well. i have been accused of taking cocain, weed (which is true) and fighting on several occations. and yes i have been in several fights, but i have neevr started one, yet i am treated like a criminal and in a very patronising way as i am a youngster :P they take the wrong attitude to stoping crime and alienate themselves from the community.

p.s hand cuffs hurt :(

most police really arent too bad at least in my area. they are just ordinary people who do us a pretty good service and risk their own lives for less money than the trashman makes.

oh and shyers. if you are a young man man especially one prone to either drinking, or hard drugs like cocaine i would bet a small fortune that you probably show quite a bit of attitude towards any authority figure, but probably more towards cops, all young men are like that even if they dont realize it, or dont see it that way. the best way to go with cops, as has always worked with me, is to treat them respectfully and at least acting at cooperation, hell ive gotten away with bags, pipes, and walking down the street singing while drunk in the middle of the night. its all about how you act when when you deal with them.

You guys should move to Canada, and then treat police with respect. Those two things should make you like police. Here, they get decent wages and training, and are, on a whole, smarter, kinder, and more respectful.

If you can't move to Canada, just treat Police with respect. Police are the thin blue line between Peace and Anarchy, Civilization and Barbarism. They put their lives on the line for you, so show a little respect, will ya?

Well maybe they are different in Canada, or even in Atlantic Canada, but all the cops are fine here : )

But there are these two security guards at the market, outside of A&W, who I just want to smack across the face. Every time I go there they keep asking "Are you in line?" why else would I be at the cashregister with my wallet out and drooling!

yea i agree with erunion.. sides usually its only a few cops compared to how many good cops their are. i dont see how the dumbass cops get to actually be cops and why they aint ever taken of the force but i dont have any say in that.

Ah well. There are just a few bad-ass cops, who ruin the name of all the other ones.

Most of the policemen are awesome fellows, heck, they could be your neighbours, but they wouldn't call the police if for example, your music would be palying too loud. He'd just ignore it probably, or just ask you in person to lower it down.

The really old people however, they suck and are ugly. They don't even shower each day!

hehahahah. i found out why they came over. my sister had a friend. and when her friend found out she left with her BF to california, she got all pissed, and called the cops saying i was retarded and on SSI. and i was watching her kids. booyahahahahah. her kids were at her grandparents. hehahahahahah.

and the cop asked my name and stuffs. then the pissed off cop. started yelling at my cuz my place aint spotless and ihad no food. all i said was yes sir. yes sir. yes sir.
